| Job Description |
| •Develop with the GM program & departmental goals, strategies, implementation & monitor & assess results.
•Participate in training management and team members regarding the referral, intake and admissions process.
•Maintain professional and clinical competence.
•Review VITAS Representative account profiles and account activities.
•Use reports and data to analyze business trends and construct appropriate growth plans by territory as directed by GM.
•Develop, implement, and evaluate quarterly and annual territory plans to achieve negotiated goals and to initiate strategies and actions.
•Develop business partnerships by making effective sales contracts and presentations in order to generate early and appropriate referrals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Demonstration of the principals of the sales process in a health care environment (Health care experience is REQUIRED)
•Demonstration of current principles of management
•Ability to maintain key accounts, implement and evaluate sales calls and sales presentations, to develop territory plans and direct implementation, and to manage the sales department
